Impacts of circular economy on jobs and employment

14 December 2017, 13:30 - 15:15

Paris Porte de Versailles

(Simultaneous English-French translation will be provided during the session)

Two years after the adoption of the European package on circular economy, this debate offers to discuss, at European level, the theme of changes in the jobs, skills and related training linked to the development of circular economy, in France and in Europe.

One of the objectives of this European package was to contribute to key policy priorities by addressing the environment and climate change while stimulating job creation, economic growth, investment and social equity. Representatives of several European organizations concerned with employment and circular economy will discuss the evolution of jobs and skills.
