How local powers can support sustainable housing : examples of involved municipalities and local adaptation of HQE (Alliance HQE-GBC Congress)

For local authorities and public urban planning bodies sustainable housing is key. Many of them, in France and in the French overseas territories, rely on the HQE approach to check and promote their habitat policy, their climate plan or their environmental strategy. This workshop, through the examples of Paris and Toulouse cities, aims at presenting:

- The commitment of two cities regarding the HQE framework for sustainable building and the NF Habitat HQE certification for housing,

- The testimony and feedback from an adaptation of NF Habitat HQE to the ambitions of a city.
